New Crimsafe product raises the bar (again)!
Crimsafe has just released a new product called Crimsafe Classic. It sets a new benchmark in strength for home security screens; being up to five times stronger than the Australian Standard for screens.
Crimsafe Classic gains its remarkable strength by incorporating its exclusive CF6 Screw-Clamp™ technology with the incredible strength of Carbon Fibre.
As well as superior security, Crimsafe Classic’s newly engineered frame boasts no visible screws. This minimal frame enhances the look of the popular screens with smoother, cleaner lines. They are available in a choice of powder-coated colours or timber-look frames to complete the high-quality finish.
Crimsafe Classic’s suitability
Crimsafe Classic is suitable for:
North Coast Blinds & Security is the leading Crimsafe supplier on the Sunshine Coast. As an authorised Crimsafe Licensee, we are trusted to manufacture and install Crimsafe’s high-quality products.
What sets Crimsafe Classic apart?
The CF6 Screw-Clamp™ bites down on the stainless steel mesh on impact with a vice-like grip, enabling it to withstand tremendous force.
Additionally, Crimsafe Classic doors are reinforced with three locking points, as standard, to secure the door into the frame upon locking.
This new product is the result of efforts by Crimsafe to continuously improve their products, either through new aesthetics, or how they perform in the toughest tests across the globe.
Crimsafe Classic has been tested to withstand a singular impact level of up to 550 Joules, and has passed or exceeded all other testings as set by the Australian Standard (AS 5039-2008) for security screens.
What is the Australian Standard?
The Australian Standard simulates the effect of human impact against a security screen. The force of impact is measured in ‘Joules’. To pass, a screen must withstand five single impacts of 100 Joules each – the equivalent to a young child running into a door.
The average Australian male, weighing 86kg, can easily exert more than 100 Joules of force in a single impact.
The Australian Standard (AS 5039-2008) also measures a security screen door’s ability to withstand the dynamic impact test, jemmy test, knife shear test, shear test, pull test and probe test. Crimsafe passed or exceeded every one of these tests.
10-year Warranty
Crimsafe Classic comes with the confidence and backing of a comprehensive 10-year warranty. If you like, you can choose to extend the warranty to 12 years.
When it comes to protecting your home and family, this new product delivers incredible strength and high-performance security for your peace of mind.
Crimsafe Classic is versatile and is available in a range of applications to secure your home or business and comes with the confidence of a 12-year extended warranty if needed.
